MEET CHRIS BLOWER:

I am the founder of CTE Wellbeing, a brain health and performance company dedicated to helping people better understand, protect and optimise cognitive wellbeing.

I also specialise in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

My background combines sport, military service, legal training and years of research into the effects of trauma, stress and cognitive performance.

As a former Football Association referee and military veteran, I developed a strong interest in understanding how physical and psychological challenges affect the brain and body. This led me to undertake extensive research into neurological wellbeing, cognitive resilience and performance optimisation.

I later completed a Law Degree with Honours specialising in industrial disease and sports-related law, allowing me to combine scientific research with an understanding of the legal and occupational implications of brain health.

Today, through CTE Wellbeing, I work to promote practical, evidence-informed approaches that help individuals, athletes, organisations and communities improve cognitive wellbeing, resilience and overall quality of life.

My mission is simple:

To empower people to protect their brain, strengthen their body and unlock their full potential.

Why I Founded CTE Wellbeing

CTE Wellbeing was founded from a simple belief: that better understanding of the brain can help people live healthier, more resilient and more productive lives.

Throughout my experiences in sport, military service, legal practice and research, I witnessed first-hand the impact that trauma, stress and cognitive challenges can have on individuals and organisations alike. I recognised that many of the tools and technologies capable of helping people improve performance, monitor wellbeing and better understand brain function were often inaccessible, fragmented or underutilised.

My vision was to create an organisation that brings together non-invasive technologies, innovative assessment methods and practical wellbeing solutions under one roof. Over many years, I have identified and sourced a range of biotechnology tools, cognitive performance systems and specialist equipment that have the potential to transform how we approach brain health, wellbeing and human performance.

CTE Wellbeing represents the foundation of that vision. The long-term objective is to develop one of the first dedicated institutions of its kind, combining research, technology, education and practical support to empower individuals, athletes, workplaces and communities to better understand and optimise both brain and body performance.

This is not simply about addressing cognitive decline; it is about helping people unlock their full potential through innovation, knowledge and proactive wellbeing.

Vision Statement

“My goal is to make advanced wellbeing technologies and cognitive performance tools more accessible at affordable cost effective means to individuals, organisations and communities, helping people better understand, protect and optimise both brain and body.”
